BEATLES: Good Day Sunshine?

Right at this moment, the UK is still carpeted with thick snows accumulated from the days heavy snowfalls.  Luckily for me, I able to wander around before nature struck... and where else?  The Liverpool, the hometown of the famous English rockband, BEATLES, formed in Liverpool in 1960, often recognized as the most commercially succesful and critically acclaimed act in pop music.

Perhaps, it is still not a good time to sing "Good Day Sunshine" after all, which probably composed and sung by Paul McCartney in one sunny day of 1966's spring time in Liverpool.

London: Snowy Days Are Here Again!

“LONDON: Europe saw little respite yesterday from the Arctic conditions that closed airports and disrupted travel over the weekend before Christmas, traditionally one of the busiest times of the year.

London's Heathrow, the world's busiest international airport, which was forced to close both its runways for much of Saturday because of heavy snow, was not accepting inbound flights yesterday and said only a few planes would be leaving.

Harrods is a high-end department store located on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London, England.

The store occupies a 5-acre (20,000 m2) site and has over one million square feet (90,000 m2) of selling space in over 330 departments. The UK's second-biggest shop, Oxford Street's Selfridges, is a little over half the size with 540,000-square-foot (50,000 m2) of selling space.

If some people wants to get into a mall or department store to cool down, in London, during this time of the year, gets into this place to warm up as this huge department store has a nice and warm working heaters.
